Start your dream weekend by getting a sweat on in the fresh air of leafy Putney, followed by a well-earned, gorgeous brunch and catch up with your workout buddies at the iconic Rude Health Cafe.

The Workout

Contrary to popular belief, every movement is a full body movement. Instead of exhausting isolated muscles, we’ve broken down the science of how your body moves to target, strengthen and improve every muscle from top to toe. Full body movement means you don’t simply strengthen a muscle, you improve the way your whole body moves + functions – all with a serious full body burn.

We train in a group of 5 people, which makes this system even better. Unlike your same old fitness class, the personal trainer has a lot of scope to react to each person in the group, your individual skill level, interest level and fatigue level. The small group encourages you to delve further into your energy reserves (with a bit of friendly competition of course) all while you bond with some new workout buddies.

After a tough workout there will be a table reserved at 11am for you and your new workout buddies to enjoy a delicious brunch in the Rude Health Cafe!

Our advanced personal trainers will adapt all exercises to your ability to guarantee a tough sweat session!

Please note the training is outdoors, please come dressed in appropriate clothing. No changing or shower facilities are available
