Want to know what really goes on at a Fitssi session?  Here’s a sneak peak at some of our sessions over the past week so you can find out what we’re all about, and how Fitssi is creating a whole new way to socialise and have a giggle while you get a sweat on. Train, eat, social – repeat


The Basics

Unlike other PT or class booking services, you’ll be getting a unique, 45 minute (lunch break friendly), full body workout in a group of up to 5 people, designed specially to build fitness, strength, mobility AND make sure you finish the session with a bunch of new workout buddies. Being in a group of 5 means you get the focus and attention of one of our highly trained personal trainers (minus the price tag of a regular 1-1 session), but also gives you the chance to really connect and get to know your workout buddies so you can expand your social network, have a giggle, and never train alone again.

Where can I train?

Fitness shouldn’t be a lonely task in the gym – we’re turning fitness into a complete social lifestyle experience by partnering with exciting pop-up venues across retail, food, drink and entertainment. Instead of experiencing the dreaded ‘gym-fear’, come and train with our community under the watchful eye of our superstar trainers, then enjoy a post-workout brunch at the Rude Health Cafe with your new buddies, or even a bit of retail therapy at Lorna Jane with a cheeky little Fitssi discount!

This week’s round-up

We kicked off with our signature #FitssiFriday at the Lorna Jane Active Living Room in Covent Garden. Our favourite Northern energy ball Naomi took us through the strength, HIIT and mobility phases before a chaser of some well-earned MissFits Nutrition protein shakes.

Tunes pumping, sweat dripping, fist pumping the whole way through a tough 45 minutes…all topped off with a bit of retail therapy in Lorna Jane (because pretty activewear makes workouts 100% more fun, right?!)

Weekend Brunching at Rude Heath

The weekend saw Fitssi taking up residence at Rude Health’s Cafe in leafy Putney. After meeting in the cafe and getting to know each other, the gorgeous Katie kick-started the weekend and soon got everyone sweating, laughing and working hard despite the chilly weather.

Time flew by and soon we were on the killer burpee/tuck jump/star jump finisher…with the promise of Avo Toast and coffee motivating us through those last reps!

After the obligatory post-workout selfies (if there’s no selfie, it didn’t happen), the squad piled inside cafe for a catch up over coffee…Check out the amazing weekend brunch menu
